As educators, our duty to our students doesn’t just stop with imparting academic knowledge. It is also our responsibility to help them, in becoming well rounded individuals with good character, strong positive values and awareness about aspects greater than themselves.
❝There has certainly been for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent pattern for anyone whose hope is in Allah and the Last Day and [who] remembers Allah often❞ (Qur’an 33:21)
The life and teachings of our Prophet Muhammad (sallalahu alayhi wa sallam) are a benchmark of good character, and our Value Education curriculum has been moulded while keeping these very teachings at its core.
Value education is a part of our curriculum from kindergarten up till the Higher Secondary grades with our students writing regular tests and exams on the subject to check their learning.
Morning hifz classes before school hours is also provided to those interested, and students from grades I to VII take up Arabic as a third language to better understand the language of the Quran.
They also take part in Inter School competitions where their performance makes us extremely proud! Additionally, M.W.A invites guest speakers who are well read on Islam and Aqeedah, to talk to our students and parents on a regular basis.
Our goal is to give our students knowledge of both Deen and Dunya so they can be the best versions of themselves, In sha Allah!
