On 13th March 2026, a short quiz on basic knowledge of Ramadan was conducted for Std 1 to 5 during the assembly, and the winners were awarded prizes.

Iftar Program


An Iftar Program was held on 11th March 2026 at Qaide Millath College, Medavakkam, for the students. The event brought students together to observe the spirit of Ramadan and share the joy of breaking the fast.

The program was graced by Mrs. Nikkath Fathima Suhail, President of M.W.A. Matriculation Higher Secondary School, who delivered a special address and inspired the students with her valuable words.

Prayer Meeting


A Prayer Meeting for the students of Std X and XII was held on 18th February 2026 to seek blessings and motivate them for their upcoming board examinations.
President Madam, Mrs. Nikkath Fathima Suhail addressed the students and encouraged them to stay dedicated, positive, and confident.The meeting concluded with prayers for the students’ success and well-being in their examinations.

Islamic Quiz


On 9th March 2026, an Islamic quiz titled “Points to be Remembered During Ramadan” was conducted during the assembly for students of Grades 6 to 8.
The quiz emphasized the importance and spiritual significance of the holy month of Ramadan. The students participated enthusiastically and answered the questions exceptionally well. Prizes were awarded to recognize their knowledge and active participation.

Islamic Quiz


On 6th March 2026, an Islamic quiz on the topic “99 Names of Allah” was conducted during the assembly for students of Grades 1 to 4.
The Quiz topic highlighted the significance of the holy month of Ramadan. The students answered exceptionally well and were awarded prizes for their knowledge and participation.

SDG Quiz Competition Winners


On 7th March 2026, our students from Std 8, 9, and 11 participated in the Online SDG Quiz Competition conducted by MEDAI UNSDG Week 2026 at MESAI Academy of Architecture.
Muwaffika M (XI Sc) and Waniya T Ahmed (XI Sc) secured 2nd place, while Athiyatul Wakeel (XI Sc) and Sabeeha Ahmed N (VIII ) achieved 3rd place.
Their remarkable performance showcased their knowledge, teamwork, and enthusiasm for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.

Boys' Farewell for Std V


The Boys' Farewell for Std V was held on 10th February 2026, in the presence of the Management. The outgoing boys of Std V were presented with mementoes, T-shirts, and chocolates. The occasion was filled with joyful memories, making the day truly special and enjoyable for everyone. The Management and the Principal extended their blessings and shared inspiring words, wishing the students great success in their future endeavours.

On 11th February, the Principal conducted “Vision and Victory Series - Part 3” for the students of Std XII, focusing on effective strategies to prepare for the board examinations.
The session aimed at guiding students to approach their exams with clarity, confidence, and a well-structured plan. The Principal emphasized the importance of setting a clear vision, staying disciplined, and maintaining a positive mindset throughout the preparation period.
The Principal also motivated students to believe in their abilities and reminded them that consistent effort and smart study techniques lead to success.

“On 9th February 2026, the Principal addressed the outgoing students of Std XII during the assembly and presented them with mementoes. Kaneez e Sakina of Std. VIII represented the school at the Elocution Competition conducted by Madras Dyslexia Association during Dyslexic Week on 31.01.2026 and bagged the 3rd place.

Republic Day Celebration


The Republic Day was celebrated with pride by the Heads, Teachers, Office Staff and supporting Staff. The National Flag was hoisted, followed by the Tamil Thai Vazhthu and National Anthem. The significance of the Constitution and national values was briefly highlighted by the Principal. The celebration reflected unity, respect, and commitment towards the nation.
